Credit purchase requests are recorded as pending until admin confirms payment and completes the request.
Credits are added manually by admin after payment confirmation.
Credits are deducted only for successful AI generation/refinement actions.
If a payment or credit issue occurs, contact support through the WhatsApp purchase link with your account email and request details.
Because this is a digital AI service, refund or replacement credit decisions are handled manually by admin.
